Sweet Chestnut Coffee Table

Made from locally sourced English sweet chestnut. We even know where the tree came from for this! Chestnut is an under appreciated timber, often with a stunning grain pattern and a lighter shade than oak. In this design we have paired it with walnut for the top inlay banding and the drawer pulls. Featuring traditional cabinet making techniques such as hand cut dovetails and laminated curved sections.
